Free sale certificate for medical devices and certificate of free sale for cosmetic devices; There is a condition of a certificate of free sale for exporting cosmetic devices and medical devices to foreign countries. Certificates of free sale for the products must be submitted to the competent customs.

It should be ensured that the notifications to the system UTS for the certificate of free sale issued by the Ministry of Health, Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, are completed. Otherwise, no application can be made for a certificate of free sale. A certificate of free sale can be issued for up to fifty notified cosmetic products.

The registrations/notifications of the medical devices/products to be exported to the Republic of Turkey Medical Devices and Drugs Database (TITUBB) must be completed. Otherwise, the certificate of free sale of medical devices cannot be made.
