Who prepares the product safety report for cosmetic products?
The cosmetic product safety report, i.e., the CSR preparer, may be prepared by persons holding a diploma in pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, or equivalent, or by persons who have attended and completed theoretical and practical training provided in cosmetic products safety assessment.

The cosmetic product safety report consists of two parts.
