The chemical composition and hazard documentation of detergents manufactured or imported within the scope of the Detergents Regulation should be kept in the manufacturers’ technical files.

For the technical product file;

The document indicates the biodegradability values of the surfactants contained in the formula, as notified by the manufacturer, or the undertaking by the manufacturer of the surfactants included in the formula to send the document indicating the biodegradability values to the competent official of the Ministry on request.

At the same time, the detergent content data documents should be given to the public body upon request of the Ministry of Health.
